I’m Rob Tracinski, and I’m running for the Democratic nomination for Congress in Virginia’s 5th district.
I’ve been a writer, commentator, and political activist for 30 years, publishing nationally while working out of rural Louisa County in Central Virginia, where my wife and I have spent almost 30 years restoring an old house on a Civil War battlefield, while raising two teenage sons. During the Trump years, I’ve focused on tracking his abuses of executive power and his dismantling of the US Constitution to make way for an oligarchy run by him and his rich friends. And I’ve been showing how the chaos and corruption of Trump’s quest for power are hurting the American people.
